Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy
At Clicky Bezel, we stand by the quality of the products we offer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As an in-store retailer, we encourage customers to inspect items thoroughly before purchase. However, we do allow returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
At Clicky Bezel, every piece we offer is thoughtfully curated and inspected before it reaches you. Because many of our watches and accessories are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or functional issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll review the situation and coordinate repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, preference for a different dial or strap variation, or general buyer’s remorse.
All warranty evaluations will be handled in partnership with the respective brand to ensure your piece receives proper care and attention.
Brand-Specific Warranty Policies
Delugs (Straps & Accessories)
Warranty Claims: Clicky Bezel will assist with Delugs warranty claims for manufacturing defects.
Remedies: Delugs provides a replacement if a defect is confirmed. If the product is discontinued, customers may opt for a refund or a similar product.
Not Covered: General wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or intentional damage.
Kuoe (Watches)
Warranty Period: One year from the date of purchase.
Covered Under Warranty: Movement manufacturing defects.
Not Covered:
Accidental damage (e.g., water damage, magnetization, drop/impact damage).
Repairs to the watch band, glass top, crown, or exterior damage.
Battery replacement (pre-installed batteries are for testing purposes and are not covered).
Service & Overhaul: Kuoe recommends replacing the entire movement instead of traditional servicing. Costs vary by model—please contact us for details.
Defective Products: If a watch is found defective upon purchase, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Anachronist (Straps & Accessories)
Warranty Coverage: Anachronist does not provide a manufacturer warranty.
Concerns: If you experience an issue with an Anachronist product, please contact Clicky Bezel, and we will assist where possible.
Baltic (Watches)
Warranty Period: Two years from the date of purchase.
Covered Under Warranty: Movement manufacturing defects.
Not Covered:
Accidental damage (e.g., water damage, magnetization, drop/impact damage).
Repairs to the watch band, glass top, crown, or exterior damage.
Battery replacement (pre-installed batteries are for testing purposes and are not covered).
Service & Overhaul: Baltic recommends regular maintenance every 3–5 years. Please contact us for service referrals and cost estimates.
Defective Products: If a watch is found defective upon purchase, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Nivada Grenchen (Watches)
Warranty Period: Two years from the date of purchase.
Covered Under Warranty: Movement manufacturing defects.
Not Covered:
Accidental damage (e.g., water damage, magnetization, drop/impact damage).
Repairs to the watch band, glass top, crown, or exterior damage.
Battery replacement (pre-installed batteries are for testing purposes and are not covered).
Service & Overhaul: Nivada Grenchen recommends regular servicing every 4–5 years. Please contact us for service details and authorized centers.
Defective Products: If a watch is found defective upon purchase, please notify us immediately for assistance.
True North Collections (Watches)
Warranty Period: One year from the date of purchase.
Covered Under Warranty: Movement manufacturing defects.
Not Covered:
Accidental damage (e.g., water damage, magnetization, drop/impact damage).
Repairs to the watch band, glass top, crown, or exterior damage.
Battery replacement (pre-installed batteries are for testing purposes and are not covered).
Service & Overhaul: True North recommends servicing as needed depending on use. Please contact us for recommendations and cost estimates.

Vulcain (Watches)

Formex (Watches)
Warranty Period: Three years from the date of purchase.
Covered Under Warranty: Manufacturing and mechanical defects in movement or assembly, provided there is no external influence or unauthorized servicing.
Not Covered:
Accidental damage (e.g., shocks/impacts, magnetization, water damage from misuse).
Wear and tear parts, including straps, bracelets, external coatings, crystals, case, clasp, or other cosmetic damage.
Any case, crown, glass top or exterior damage resulting from mishandling, misuse or unauthorized opening or repair.
Battery replacement or service for a battery-powered model (if applicable) and repairs done outside official service channels.
Water-resistance compromises if the watch case has been opened or serviced by non-authorized personnel.
Service & Overhaul: Formex does not publish a specific recommended service interval on their public warranty page. However as with mechanical watches of this class, it is advisable to perform a water-resistance test annually and a full movement service every 3 to 5 years (or sooner if needed) to maintain optimal function and preserve warranty eligibility.
Defective Products: If a watch is found defective upon purchase you should notify us immediately for assistance; to initiate a warranty claim, you will need to provide a picture of the warranty card, a video or photo of the issue, and your shipping address/phone number.
