Drawing from the golden age of sport watches, their models nod to classics like the Submariner, Daytona, and GMT. These aren’t direct recreations, though. Each watch reflects founder Shane Russeck’s unique eye for proportion, color, and detail, resulting in pieces that feel both familiar and distinct.

Why We Chose True North Watch Company
True North Watch Company first came onto our radar through a collaboration with Eric Wind of Wind Vintage. Eric is one of the most respected names in the vintage watch world, and seeing his name attached to the brand immediately signaled that something special was happening.
That collaboration introduced us to what True North does best: taking beloved vintage forms and adding subtle, thoughtful twists. It's a brand built by collectors, for collectors.
What Makes True North Watch Company Different
In a space where many homage brands feel derivative, True North Watch Company stands out for its authenticity and restraint.
The watches are inspired by vintage icons, but they never feel like copies. Instead, they reinterpret familiar references through a more personal, enthusiast-driven lens.
One standout model is the Vintage Time Traveller, or VTT, which pays tribute to the original Rolex Rootbeer GMT. The gold PVD case and brown dial deliver vintage character, while the Seiko GMT movement offers modern practicality and affordability.

What drew me to True North Watch Company is how under-the-radar it is. Most people haven’t seen these watches in person, and that’s exactly why I wanted to carry them.
It’s a brand you discover by accident, but once you try one on, you realize how well it's done. This is vintage done right, and it’s all coming from someone who clearly lives and breathes this world.
